Time Travel
The prospect of being able to travel through time either to the past or the future has been the topic of many Science Fiction works, television shows, and movies. However, given the very real scientific possibility that some form of time travel is possible. society needs to develop a plan and a policy to deal with that potential eventuality.
The subject of time travel needs to be studied by the scientific community in the United States if for no other reason than to guard against a hostile nation discovering the capability first.
