On Homelessness
Homelessness is an increasing problem in America. Some geographic areas have a higher incidence than others, but the issue needs to be addressed everywhere. Everyone should have a home. If we can furnish housing to non-citizens, we can certainly offer housing to every homeless person in this country. The difficulty is how to do it effectively and helpfully.
