Noise pollution exists no matter where we go. Outside it could be the constant sound of traffic in a busy Downtown area or on a highway. It could be from the neighbors who insist on having the loudest stereo system on the planet. When is noise pollution and what do we do about it? How do we insulate ourselves from it?
